Read The World

I bought a scratch-off world map and I’ve decided to scratch off the countries that I have read books from. A book will only count if the writer is from there; if I allowed stories that are set in a particular country, I’m sure my coverage of the world would be a lot better! This will be an ongoing project, to eventually scratch off the entire world (everything that is gold, I haven’t yet done). Hopefully I’ll discover some amazing new writers as I go (and have an excuse to buy a LOT more books too!).

If you’re from any of the countries I haven’t read, or you know the literature of a particular country well, I’d welcome any suggestions about what I should read.
