Harvest in N. T. Hong Kong

Dear Andrew,
This is near China, where I went last Monday. Some of the best rice in the world is grown here, and in olden days it was taken from here, by sea, in junks, and then overland to the Emperor of China, in Peking. It was taken hundreds of miles.
Do you know how many weeks it is before I come home. Not so long now.
Much love,
Dad.

    • There are about 6 postcards to go, and then I have a new auction find to post. It’s a diary written by a girl from Cornwall on a school trip to Paris…in 1941. Very odd!
